The Braille Group of Buffalo was established in 1956 and is a volunteer non-profit organization which transcribes print materials into Braille for the blind and visually impaired readers of all ages. We transcribe materials into Braille at no charge for Braille users in the WNY Counties and offer copies of our materials for sale outside our area.

The Braille Group of Buffalo has made available Boy Scout and Girl Scout materials along with Braille material about Diabetes.

All of our Braillists are volunteers who are certified by the US Library of Congress.
